WOHNUNGSBAUGENOSSENSCHAFT BRANDENBURG EG (WBG)
The WBG is the largest housing provider in Brandenburg an der Havel. Half of its holdings are in Hohenstücken area. 40% are in the north, 10% in the city center and rolling mill settlement. In order to improve the living comfort of its members, the WBG has renovated all its apartments (55%) or partially refurbished (45%) and carried out extensive living environment improvements.
WOHNUNGSBAUGESELLSCHAFT DER STADT BRANDENBURG AN DER HAVEL MBH (WOBRA)
The wobra owns around 4,500 apartments and 120 commercial units in the city. It is thus the second largest provider of housing. The stocks of the wobra are distributed almost over the entire urban area. However, the vast majority is in Hohenstücken area and the city center. The wobra has been refurbished with high quality in the urban population in recent years, thus making a decisive contribution to strengthening the core city.
WOHNUNGSGENOSSENSCHAFT “STAHL“ EG (WG “STAHL“ EG)
The WG "STAHL" eG owns a total of around 1,800 apartments in the south-west of the city of Brandenburg an der Havel. About 70 percent of the apartments are located in the rolling mill, the others in the urban districts of Plaue and Kirchmöser as well as in the municipality of Wusterwitz. All apartments (mostly old buildings) are completely renovated. Most of the apartments have balconies or terraces / ¬gardens in a green living environment, partly near the water.
GEMEINNÜTZIGE WOHNUNGSGENOSSENSCHAFT „NEUER WEG“ E.G.
The non-profit housing cooperative "Neuer Weg" e. G. manages 1,400 apartments in the city center / ring and rolling mill district in the city. Mostly they are old buildings. The inventories were upgraded by means of comprehensive renovation measures and attractive floor plans were created through housing collapses.
WOHNUNGSGENOSSENSCHAFT “EINHEIT“ BRANDENBURG AN DER HAVEL EG
In the urban districts of the city center / Ring, Görden and Hohenstücken, the housing association "EINHEIT" Brandenburg an der Havel eG offers a total of approx. 700 apartments. More than half of them are in the central area of the city center. The Gesamtwohnungsbestand is predominantly built before 1948 and renovated or partially renovated. The living environment was also included in the modernization measures, taking into account the tenants.
BAUGENOSSENSCHAFT KIRCHMÖSER E.G.
The Baugenossenschaft Kirchmöser e.G. has its stocks - a total of approx. 630 apartments - exclusively in the district Kirchmöser. The cooperative's holdings include flats in multi-family and terraced houses, most of which were built using conventional solid construction methods. All apartments and townhouses are modernized and have a balcony or garden / terrace. The island location allows all apartments close to water.

TAG Wohnen & Service GmbH has been looking after just under 3,000 apartments in the city of Brandenburg an der Havel since 2015. The majority is located in the districts Görden and Hohenstücken, but also in the area Klingenberg and in the north are individual apartments available.
